It is with great regret that I inform you of the passing of Bishop James Neil Valentine, Auxiliary Bishop, South Africa First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction under the leadership of Bishop Vincent Matthews, Prelate. The Valentine family and the Jurisdiction are in need of our fervent prayers at this time.
Final arrangements will be forthcoming. As information is given to the Adjutancy, we will forward it to you as soon as possible.
