It is with great regret that I inform you of the passing of Bishop Johnie C. Williams, Jurisdictional Prelate of the Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Wisconsin. The Williams family and the Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Wisconsin are in need of our fervent prayers.
